From the limestone bluffs

or the paths that frame her,

embrace what she whispers,

garner her grace, her peace

in each shade of blue, blessings

brought forth in her breeze,

hope in how she cups the sunrise,

on her midsummer shores,

listen when she tells us

we’re one body too.
